We men take women for granted
Batter them as and when wanted
We call ourselves civilized
But statistics talk otherwise
How can be we so oafish?
Beating our better half
Still seen on our wish list
Abusing women is so uncool
Next could be your sister or daughter
Lying in a blood pool
If you turn a blind eye
That is one big mistake
Spineless is the only word
To describe you on earth’s face

very well composed! Appreciate the thought! Its sad that in a world where technological advancements and economic developments are being focused upon, issues such as harassment and domestic violence mar the image of a nation and its people!
